Do you have a passion for exceptional customer service? As an Executive Host, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our casino guests. You will ensure top-notch service by responding to customer requests and helping create unforgettable experiences. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Review customers' casino activity to offer appropriate incentives and, when authorized, approve comps like rooms, food, beverages, event tickets, promo chips, free play, airfare, or discounts. Help grow and maintain the customer base by meeting and interacting with guests. Ensure customers from assigned regions are personally greeted at check-in and check-out, and receive top-notch service throughout their stay. Handle reservations using our booking systems. Approve marker limits for qualifying customers Attend special events to promote marketing efforts and greet customers. Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction for both the customer and the company.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
A Bachelor's Degree, or a combination of relevant experience and education equivalent to a degree. At least 1 year of relevant experience in VIP services, hotel operations, or casino sales is preferred. Strong sales or casino industry background
