Job Summary We are seeking a SAG Sr. Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in webMethods technologies and a strong understanding of integration products and services. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. The candidate will contribute to the development and integration of various systems ensuring seamless communication and data exchange across platforms. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integration solutions using webMethods Integration Products to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Design and implement solutions using webMethods IOT webMethods.io API webMethods.io B2B and MFT to meet business requirements.
- Provide expertise in webMethods SOA Stack and Service Bus to enhance system interoperability and performance.
- Utilize webMethods EDA and Adapters to create efficient and scalable integration solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality integration services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration and data exchange to maintain system reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design development testing and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the integration domain to continuously improve solutions.
- Document integration processes and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
- Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work to meet project and team needs.
- Ensure all integration solutions comply with security and compliance standards to protect data integrity.
Qualifications
- Must have extensive experience with webMethods IOT webMethods.io API webMethods.io B2B and MFT.
- Should have strong knowledge of webMethods Integration Products and SOA Stack.
- Must be proficient in using webMethods Service Bus and EDA.
- Should have experience with webMethods Adapters for creating scalable solutions.
- Nice to have domain experience in Multi Channel to enhance integration strategies.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until APR 11, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
