Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 16 to 20 years of experience in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) and Delivery Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Payer domain. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the Payer domain
  • Oversee the development and execution of project plans ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Provide direction and support to project teams ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
  • Manage project budgets resources and timelines to ensure successful project completion
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables
  • Monitor and report on project progress identifying and mitigating risks as needed
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
  • Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the project team

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) and Delivery Management
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge and expertise in the Payer domain
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Display the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Possess a track record of successful project delivery
  • Show commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
  • Exhibit the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
