THE JOB:

The Director of Casino Marketing is responsible for effectively marketing, evaluating, recruiting, and establishing professional relationships with high-end casino guests while leading and supporting the Casino Marketing Team. This role ensures that all marketing initiatives align with the company's strategic objectives and are executed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures. The Director plays a crucial role in driving guest loyalty and revenue through strategic marketing efforts and exceptional relationship management. This position requires a dynamic and results-driven leader committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences and achieving business objectives.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Set strategic direction and drive results for VIP casino marketing.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-value guests, ensuring personalized engagement.

  • Lead and mentor the Casino Marketing and Customer Development teams.

  • Partner with internal teams to optimize VIP marketing initiatives and guest experiences.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, maximize profitability, and improve efficiency.

  • Oversee VIP programs, events, and promotions to enhance guest loyalty.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.

  • Create and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to drive service excellence.

  • Address guest concerns promptly to ensure positive resolutions.

  • Remove roadblocks and drive continuous improvement in marketing operations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 4+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience, specifically in marketing management, preferably in the casino industry.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and campaign performance to optimize strategies.

  • High level of accuracy and quality control in all marketing materials and initiatives.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners.

  • Understanding of gaming promotions, player loyalty programs, and casino marketing strategies.

  • This candidate would be well-equipped to lead marketing efforts in a fast-paced casino environment while ensuring alignment with business goals.

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$117,300.00 - $195,500.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan.
