At SelectTech Services, we're committed to attracting top talent to help drive our innovative approach in the defense industry. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Recruiting Intern to assist with the hiring process and gain valuable experience within the talent acquisition field.

As a Recruiting Intern, you will assist the recruitment team in all aspects of the hiring process. You will learn and grow in the areas of candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and recruitment strategy, all while gaining insight into the company's HR practices. If you're a self-starter who's excited about learning and helping build teams, this internship is for you.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Help screen and review resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process to provide updates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and job advertisements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Interest in recruiting, HR, or talent management.
