Are you a motivated and experienced civil engineer with a passion for leading land development projects and delivering exceptional results? If so, we encourage you to apply for this position. DEA is currently hiring an experienced Land Development Civil Engineering Project Engineer to lead our team in delivering innovative and profitable private-sector land development projects, including large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use sites. As a key member of our engineering team, you will oversee all aspects of engineering from initial concept through construction completion, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. This position can be located in Everett, Bellevue, Woodinville or Tacoma, WA. Responsibilities for this role will be but not limited to the following:

Note: This position is not focused on public infrastructure, K-12, or park-based civil projects. Experience in those areas is valuable, but candidates must demonstrate leadership in private development projects to be considered. Benefits:
