Sr. Human Resources Manager The Sr. Human Resources Manager is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management across the organization and managing the HRBPs assigned to the sectors within the organization. The position formulates partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization and the sectors within the organization. The Sr. Human Resources Manager maintains an effective level of business literacy about the organization's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.
