Join our team and play a key role in keeping our manufacturing plant running smoothly!

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Gatehouse Coordinator to manage the flow of truck traffic and serve as the first point of contact for drivers arriving at our facility.

What You'll Do:

• Check in truck drivers upon arrival and verify all required documentation
• Log information accurately into our computer system
• Communicate with internal teams and dock personnel via radio
• Direct drivers to the correct loading/unloading areas
• Assist drivers who arrive early, late, or need help finding the location
• Maintain security by monitoring incoming and outgoing traffic
• Ensure smooth, timely operations and respond to unexpected situations

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Experience using two-way radios or willingness to learn
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in security guard, logistics, transportation, or a similar role is a plus
• Education: HS Diploma or equivalent
