As Director of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), you will be at the forefront, setting the strategy that drives our compliance initiatives and ensures operational excellence across all safety programs. Your impact will be felt across the company as you collaborate with various federal agencies, conduct audits of site performance, and lead thorough investigations. Additionally, you will be instrumental in shaping policies that safeguard our workforce and the environment. In compliance with this states pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $127,680 - $191,520. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
