The Team: The Mattel Franchise Creative International Regions team provides creative partnership for business partners through pitches, style guides, and creative direction that extends our iconic Mattel brands around the world. The Opportunity: The Creative Director connects across brands and regions to drive best in class-creative execution with partners, alignment to Global Creative, and support and mentor the Regional Franchise Creative teams. The Creative Director immersed in future trends, current state of the business, and the future of the Mattel's brands. This role collaborates works closely with line of business partners and partner with the other Franchise Creative Directors to ensure the development and execution of global, relevant and brand-right creative strategies with all regional partners. This role must collaborate with external partners and be a wealth of creativity and storytelling pitches while understanding our different brands and company strategies. This is a fast-paced, visible role that needs an extremely high level of creativity and taste, excellent prioritization, organizational and collaboration/communication skills, and is for someone who can mentor and provide value to a talented international team.
