Join the Communications team trusted with building and protecting the reputation of a leading global automaker and mobility provider. At Stellantis, we are looking for a leader to oversee and coordinate our Brand & Tech communications activities in North America, ensuring they seamlessly align with our strategic Communication goals and are executed flawlessly. In this role, you'll lead 360-degree comms work collaborating closely with various top leaders to develop and deliver communications that reach various audiences, both internally and externally. You will spearhead cross-brand initiatives that showcase our cutting-edge technologies and innovations across the region. Your efforts will safeguard our reputation and continue shaping the Stellantis narrative. You'll identify strategic communications opportunities collaborating with our North America Brand and Marketing teams and drive compelling narratives at the intersection of corporate and brand messaging. Responsibilities Include:



  • Enhance strategic alignment and oversight ensuring North American Brand Communication activities align with the company's broader goals, preventing strategic misalignment and conflicting priorities.

  • Oversee North America communications brand and tech calendar, including key PR activations, product launches, and news, to ensure alignment with business goals and cross-department teams.


  • Lead 360-degree communication strategies designed to enhance the company's reputation as a tech-powered organization, in partnership with our iconic brands and the Global Tech Communications team.

  • Coordinate media and stakeholder communication, maintaining a unified voice and consistent messaging fostering trust and confidence in the company's direction and capabilities.

  • Work with the Brand teams to coordinate and execute events, auto shows and media drives based on product news and brand initiatives.

  • Ensure coordination with North America Marketing Office, with an ability to identify risks and opportunities for brands partnerships.

  • Manage budget relating to all product initiatives and follow brand and tech KPIs progress vs plan through the year.


  • Collaborate with European counterpart to share information, leverage opportunities and share best practices.

  • Work in close collaboration with head of North America Communications.

Basic Requirements:



  • 10+ years of experience in communications, journalism, content creation or PR agency

  • Highly skilled in the preparation and execution of external and internal communication strategies, launch programs, auto shows, events and media materials, as well as managing people and working across internal groups to achieve consensus and go-forward plans. Working fast, having fun and a "win together" mindset is a must.


  • Strong relationships with product and tech media to support storytelling and a curiosity to develop new relationships with non-traditional media.


  • Desire to use creative methods to navigate the transforming media landscape and develop unique communication strategies. Integrate brand messaging across digital, social and traditional media platforms.

  • Deep understanding of the automotive industry. Ability to translate technical product details into accessible information for the media and public.

  • Analytical skills - track media coverage and analyze its impact on the brand. Use data to inform and adjust communication strategies.




Preferred Qualifications:



  • Previous automotive product experience a plus
  • Journalism experience
