*Position Overview:* We are seeking a Junior Infrastructure Engineer for a customer service/call center role with IT support responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities: * Maintain high levels of customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. * Collaborate effectively with team members and business partners. * Handle inquiries from business partners, view client data, and assist with IT asset management systems. * Organize and review hardware inventories, check warranty statuses, and manage requests. * Submit security requests for website logins and assist advisors with internal information needs. * Complete a 3-month training program. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Call center or customer service experience is a plus. * A 4-year degree, preferably in Computer Information Systems. *Additional Information:* * Assist with current workload and help meet SLAs. * Work closely with business partners on issues related to the website via email, calls, and Teams. * Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. * Maintain high levels of customer service by responding to calls, emails, and support requests. * Technical aptitude is beneficial, but the focus is on organization, communication, and customer service. *Must-Haves:* * Relevant internship or professional experience in IT customer service, IT support, or IT troubleshooting. * Basic planning, organizational, time management, decision-making, and superb written/verbal communication skills. * Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality. * Strong problem-solving and conceptual skills. * Ability to work with people at all levels and embrace change. *Team Structure:* * The team consists of 10 full-time employees and collaborates with other teams within the department, totaling around 60 individuals. * A highly collaborative group that works together as a team. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Strong customer service skills. * Team player mentality. * Patience and problem-solving skills. *Experience Level:* * Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
