This Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts practices and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Advise this *Top Fortune 10 company* regarding the Design Contract and all related matters of the Project including change orders contractor request for information that could result in a change order payment applications and any approvals or decisions required to be taken by the company. Where a decision needs to be taken by the company, notify them of the same such that the employer has seven working days to properly make such decisions or approvals without affecting the project schedule. Enforce the design Contract so as to minimize costs and seek to obtain for the company to have the lowest reasonable costs for the Project. Maintain standards of health and safety and advise other persons responsible for health and safety compliance in performance of their health and safety duties. Keep the company apprised of all health and safety matters on the Project and immediately report all health and safety incidents and near misses at the Project. Receive review and convey to the company such applications consents instructions notices requests or statements as are required in accordance with the Design Contract. Issue such applications consents instructions notices requests or statements to the Project Team if authorized in advance in writing. Work with the Project Team to find acceleration opportunities including potential for overtime work and schedule sequence alterations. Advise design discipline of potential schedule delays based on missing or incomplete information. Participate in both weekly project and construction site walk/meetings virtually or in person and any necessary ad-hoc meetings to resolve issues. As necessary provide recommendations for any adjustments to meetings structure or procedures for convening chairing attendance function frequency and responsibility for recording of meetings and circulation of information. Monitor communications and distribution of information. Participate in Vendor lead Cloud Design Team weekly calls pertaining to projects. Vendor will work alongside the Cloud leads and their prime consultants to address any project issues that arise to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner prior to weekly design call. *Skills* geotech, geotechnical engineering, geotechnical, geotechnical analysis *Top Skills Details* geotech,geotechnical engineering,geotechnical,geotechnical analysis *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $75.00/hr.
