Job Summary As the F&B Manager at Sanofi, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring that all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner according to established procedures, performance standards, and specifications. You will also manage the cafe, catering services, coffee bar, and the free snack/coffee program, delivering exceptional service and maintaining a hands-on approach in a multi-faceted environment. Key Responsibilities: Ensures guest satisfaction through effective and efficient service, maintaining a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment. Oversees and maintains accurate and complete paperwork relating to the operations. Manages financial performance. Responsible for ordering, accounting, and maintaining product and supply inventories. Ensures proper stock levels and manages inventory efficiently to avoid overstock. Takes initiative to immediately act on violations of safety, sanitation, and security policies to ensure a safe working environment. Coordinates catering services, including managing orders via Catertrax, setting up and breaking down client meetings and events, and ensuring smooth operations of catering services. Supports the free snack and coffee program and maintains accurate inventory. Provides operational support to the small cafe, assisting with on-the-floor duties, invoicing, and day-to-day cafe activities. Manages the free coffee and snack program, ensuring that snacks and beverages are consistently stocked and available to employees, maintaining quality standards. Preferred Qualifications: Strong experience with food cost management, inventory, labor costs, and operational budgets. Must be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and collaborating with a diverse team. At least 2 years experience in a high-volume fast-food or similar environment. Customer service experience is a must, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of quality. Previous experience in catering or event management is highly preferred. Strong hands-on experience with day-to-day operations in food service, catering, and cafe management. Apply to Flik today!
