Job Summary
The skilled and strategic Creative Insights & Activation Strategy Manager will lead the design and execution of innovative, data-driven experiences. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, creative decision-making, and data analysis to drive impactful, memorable experiences that resonate with our diverse audiences and deliver measurable results. As an integral part of our Image + Style team, the Creative Insights & Activation Strategy Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our activations are not only creatively compelling but also strategically aligned and informed by data insights. The Creative Insights & Activation Strategy Manager will work within our brand vision and guidelines to drive and support customer experience planning and brand initiatives, leveraging cross-functional partnerships with field on-site teams, regional support teams, and Image + Style team. Their goal is to ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through others. Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive experience strategies that align with brand goals, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics, audience insights, and market trends to inform the development of creative concepts and strategies that drive engagement and performance.
- Creative Leadership: Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative, engaging, and impactful experiences across digital, experiential, and physical touchpoints.
- Activation Planning & Execution: Oversee the planning, development, and execution of activations, ensuring that all elements are aligned with strategic goals and creative vision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with communications, product, design,
- and analytics teams to ensure the seamless integration of strategy and creative execution across campaigns and initiatives.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of experiences, using data to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication: Present strategic concepts, campaign performance, and insights to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the process.

- Passion for great food and food experiences, as well as a basic level of general culinary and hospitality knowledge, and an interest an in sustainability.
- Proven experience in strategy activation, experience design, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of data-driven creative campaigns.
- Strong understanding of data analytics tools, audience segmentation, and performance metrics.
- Excellent creative vision and ability to make data-informed creative decisions.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for innovation and a deep understanding of emerging trends in experience strategy, digital marketing, and creative technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer journey mapping and audience persona development.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
- Expertise in both digital and offline experience activation.
- Organized, detail-oriented and process-oriented. A strong self-motivator with the ability to work at times with minimal supervision, accomplish a high degree of excellence without direct instruction, and problem solve for the best solutions.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills including public speaking and interacting with clients.
- Utilize all Personal Protective Equipment per Bon Appetit guidelines.
