Summary of Position We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join our Digital - Courseware Development team at the SANS Institute. In this customer-facing role, you will play a key part in our quality system by analyzing customer feedback, identifying quality issues, and driving corrective actions. The Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring the overall quality and effectiveness of the student learning experience-from course content to support services. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to continuously improve the entire learning journey. Success in this role depends on strong communication and analytical skills, as well as a student-centered mindset. You'll be part of a collaborative, dynamic team of Quality Analysts dedicated to enhancing the learning experience for all SANS students. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and years of experience. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
