Location: 555 Patroon Creek Boulevard - Albany, New York 12206GENERAL SUMMARY AND PURPOSE: Responsible for all aspects of facility, asset and relationship management for a portfolio of properties. Ensuring operations, maintenance and vendor management standards are met in a cost effective and efficient manner. Direct accountability for overall property operations, cosmetic appearance (internal and external), technical oversight and fiscal management by driving the decision making process. Establish a strategic forecast for operating and capital improvement budgets for each property within the portfolio. Oversee third-party service providers responsible for preventive maintenance and reactive work order completion. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Responsibilities will include):

Key has implemented a role-based Mobile by Design approach to our employee workspaces, dedicating space to those whose roles require specific workspaces, while providing flexible options for roles which are less dependent on assigned workspaces and can be performed effectively in a mobile environment. As a result, this role may be mobile or home based, which means you may work either at a home office or in a Key facility to perform your job duties. Person selected for the role will typically work 2 or more days a week from the Albany location. They will also travel to other corporate office locations in other cities and states for this role. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
