Forklift Operator - Temporary Position in Broussard, LA

Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking for a great opportunity in the oilfield industry? Staffmark is hiring a Forklift Operator for a leading distributor of carbon steel pipe in Broussard, LA. This is a temporary role with a competitive pay rate and great benefits!

1st Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in a warehouse and oilfield environment.
• Load and unload carbon steel pipes from trucks and storage areas.
• Transport materials to designated locations within the facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned throughout the shop/yard.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily operational goals.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience in an oilfield or industrial setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to safety protocols and warehouse best practices.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
