About The Job The Manager of Product Management for our TheWorxHub (TWH) solution is a key Product Leadership team member responsible for the strategy, vision, and product roadmap, driving top-line growth for our capital planning, modeling, and forecasting solutions. This role is responsible for driving the strategy and vision of TWH in conjunction with other stakeholders across the globe as it pertains to planning for Healthcare and across both Acute and Senior Living verticals that Brightly serves. What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading The WorxHub business portfolio in partnership with other subject matter experts, product managers, and key stakeholders. This includes driving the vision and direction of the product roadmap, championing sales with clients, working alongside our sales organization to help build the prospect pipeline and close key deals, and building out a third-party channel sales function.
- Building relationships with clients to gather feedback and test new product concepts.
- Evangelizing TheWorxHub; speaking about it at conferences and forums like our Client Advisory Board (CAB).
- Own and define multi-year product vision and strategy based on a deep understanding of asset management, infrastructure planning, and the capital funding process to support the current and future growth of the product.
- Acting as a partner with the Commercial and Client Services organizations who serve our TWH clients to assist in driving new client bookings, optimizing our operational efficiency, and retention/upsell of our existing client base - taking the lead often in analyzing metrics and identifying sales targets.
- Act as owner and champion to collaborate across the Brightly business on product strategy, product positioning, pricing, profitability, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy.
- Develop a world-class sensing approach to continuously identify clients, competitors, technology, business models, and market trends to discover and validate urgent and pervasive market problems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, UX/Design, Product counterparts, and Professional Services to deliver delightful user experiences across all customer touchpoints.
What You Need:
- 2+ years minimum of management experience, 5+ years' experience overall, preferably in technology or software (ideally SaaS)
- Bachelor's degree and experience with product management, specifically in delivering product roadmaps and business outcomes
- Experience leading a team in product management (ideally distributed)
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze data to support decision-making
- Ability and willingness to travel driven by customer engagements and/or conferences
Nice to have Skills:
- Healthcare experience
- M&A integration experience - business process and strategy integration, cultural alignment, and the ability to build a healthy functional teams across geographies and cultures are highly desired
- Advanced education
- Experience with asset management, infrastructure planning, facility planning or urban/city planning, and multi-year / multi-decade capital planning solutions a must
- Demonstrate strong and clear accountability for the group's performance and delivery.
- Possess and model a big-picture vision and the drive and attention to detail that transforms the vision into a reality.
- A pragmatic decision-maker with the ability to prioritize tasks in the context of business objectives, technology constraints, and dependencies
- Build and establish credibility and value-add among the Executive and Senior Leadership teams and be highly respected throughout the organization.
- Track record of evangelizing concepts beyond current offerings and driving business model innovation across products, services, and delivery channels
- Superb communication skills for both oral and written communication; ability to communicate confidently across all levels in the organization
- Exceptional client service ethic; comfort in communicating directly with senior executives, leaders at educational institutions, and government leaders

. The pay range for this position is $122,000 - $164,8000 and the annual incentive target is <15%> of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
