This is a full-time / onsite position, Monday - Friday from 8AM to 5PM.

Wenger Corporation is seeking anAdministrative Services Assistantto join our team!As anAdministrative Services Assistant you will contribute to Wenger Corporation's corporate strategy of providing an exceptional customer experience by delivering high-quality administrative support and customer care to all team members and departments. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail / accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

At a minimum you will need:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)



It would be great if you also have:



  • 1+ year experience in administrative support or receptionist role
  • 1+ year Wenger Corporation experience
  • Ability to obtain forklift license



As an Administrative Services Assistant a typical day may include:

Clerical and Mailroom Support:



  • Serve as back-up Receptionist, covering breaks, lunches, and absences as needed / scheduled.
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail daily.
  • Operate postage machine and mail room equipment with zero errors.
  • Manage FedEx, Certified Mail, and bulk mailing projects as needed.
  • Fulfill copying requests, including folding and collating, on time as requested.
  • Manage JIT Report, accurately print forms, labels, manuals and binding projects.
  • Process literature requests based upon priority.
  • Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment in the Hall of Knowledge on a weekly basis.
  • Package and ensure timely delivery of literature and samples requests for conventions.

    • Return literature and samples within three business days after events.


  • Manage the pick-up of company purchase orders from local vendors on an as needed basis.
  • Complete various clerical and secretarial tasks.


Administrative Support:



  • Create company ID badges for new and existing Team Members.
  • Order and distribute name plates, convention name tags, retirement plaques, etc. accurately and on time as requested.
  • Accurately process and enter checks in daily spreadsheet for AR.
  • Distribute the company newsletter on a weekly basis.

    • Assist with content accuracy and alignment with company messaging.


  • Support development and maintain Wenger company store.
  • Maintain an up-to-date birthday calendar.
  • Prepare, coordinate and distribute birthday cards at least one week prior to each Team Member's birthday.
  • Manage ticket requests and distribution in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Track and process AIA requests within 24 hours of submission.
  • Coordinate and distribute holiday cards and gift cards on an annual basis.


Facilities and Office Management:



  • Maintain clean and organized conference rooms; conduct a weekly check to ensure all rooms are tidy.
  • Ensure beverages are stocked and available for company meetings.
  • Update company bulletin and posting boards on a weekly basis.


Event Coordination and Support:



  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing company events (Team Member Appreciation, company picnic, company holiday party and Ride for Hope).
  • Provide logistical support for company events and meetings as needed.
  • Ensure supplies and materials are ready at least 24 hours before events.

  • Perform all duties in a safe and effective manner, following company guidelines and best practices.
