Job Summary
Lead all production efforts and crews while striving for a zero incident culture. Ensuring a safe and clean work place. Enforce and hold team(s) accountable to safety, environmental and health standards and practices. Support employees training and development in the work. Through alignment of support build the success of the team through achieving business results. Duties and Responsibilities
Pellet Mill Operations Strive for stable results, meeting or beating expectations. Safety and Housekeeping Adhere to and follow all Safety policies and standards. Team Development Hire and train to integrate new team members. Track employee growth to prepare and implement individual team member evaluations. Data Tracking Collect and input daily KPI's from production teams daily reports. Track and record downtime and report any variances to Plant Manager. Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related area 7 years of experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
