We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Professional Services team as an Implementation Specialist. The Implementation Specialist will play a critical role in supporting customer success by assisting with the implementation of Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination solutions for new customers, while also providing excellent support to the existing customer base. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to customers, providing ongoing support, training, and best practices to help them maximize the value of their investment, troubleshoot issues, and stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and system enhancements. About the Role: In this opportunity as you will:
- Perform technical or functional roles on medium to large international projects, led by a Manager, ONESOURCE Partner, or Customer.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product owners, and client success managers, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing expert-level support and troubleshooting assistance for ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination solutions.
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, escalating to internal teams as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Thomson Reuters solutions.
- Provide ongoing training and best practices to customers to ensure optimal system usage and collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements and bug fixes
- Contribute to the development of best practices, documentation, and knowledge base articles to improve implementation and support processes.
- Participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to maintain and expand product knowledge.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Thomson Reuters' footprint within existing customer accounts.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software applications.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent is required
- Solid understanding of indirect tax automation principles, regulations, and best practices is a plus.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $44,800 - $83,200.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
