Title: Occupational Health Clinical Specialist Location: Philadelphia, PA 19107 Duration: 6 months Shift: 32-40 hours per week Pay Rate: $62.88/hr. on W2 without benefits Summary: The temp will be working under a collaborative agreement with a physician and day-to-day receive scheduling and general assignment duties by the full-time NP Amy Colucci. Role & Responsibilities: Ensure the fitness for duty of the Authority's workforce Pre-placement examinations (including job transfers) Return to duty examinations following absence for illness or injury Periodic examinations Ongoing medical monitoring of safety-sensitive employees with conditions that may affect their performance Responsible for the medical recordkeeping system. Ensures efficient and secure operation of the medical record room, compliance with regulations and Authority policy on medical privacy. Complies with all Authority and departmental safety and security policies and procedures as well as all applicable job safety responsibilities. Qualifications: Must possess and maintain current licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner. A nurse practitioner must possess and maintain current national certifications as a Nurse Practitioner, licensure to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and possess a BSN and MSN. Experience: Experience related to clinical ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting is a plus.
