Job Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Dallas, Texas. Responsible for ensuring business intelligence toolsets (Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel) adhere to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Oversee team members within transaction regulatory reporting focused on multiple non-financial regulatory reporting obligations to US regulators. Utilize analytical skills to validate regulatory requirements including Qualified Financial Contracts, Canadian Provincial Filing, Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MIFID), and other non-Financial Regulatory Reporting regulations. Responsible for data quality assurance by analyzing large data sets, detecting, and correcting errors, and reporting results. Identify control gaps in regulatory reporting, monitor process procedures, and work in conjunction with technology teams to implement process improvements. Design and build business intelligence solutions using SQL, Tableau and Alteryx to eliminate manual touchpoints and reduce risk. Gather and source data from the Firm's internal database systems to identify operational risk trends that help ensure the Firm meets regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. Leverage Jira, Alteryx, and Tableau to build impactful dashboards and drive decisions with data as part of the Firm's business intelligence program. Research the cause of a breach and apply technical solutions, if applicable, in the event of any breaches. Implement project initiatives through JIRA and review new business initiatives for regulatory risk points. Drive global business intelligence strategy, objectives, and key results for Regulatory Operation division.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Economics, or related field. Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include five (5) years: creating queries along with workflow low code tooling framework utilizing REST Application Program Interfaces (APIs), SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel skill sets to build business intelligence data warehouse management, low code tooling, and dashboards; applying regulatory review and translating complex legal text into business requirements; building controls and processes around non-financial regulatory reporting; applying knowledge of regulatory obligations to assist with functional coverage and oversight for accuracy, timeliness and completeness of reporting these obligations; working with data visualization and organizing working groups on non-Financial Regulatory Reporting regulations across America and Europe; coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders; and applying JIRA management skillsets for project completion.
