The Exchange Onboarding Specialist I is responsible for providing comprehensive technical and operational support to Wealth Account Administrators, internal business partners, and external clients. This role ensures the accurate and timely implementation of Wealth products, including Exchange and other related offerings. The specialist acts as a coordinator and consultant, guiding internal business partners through various product setups to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

• You will ensure accurate documentation, configuration, and implementation of client setups across Wealth products and systems.
• You will analyze client setups within complex systems, coordinating with internal and external partners as needed.
• You will communicate, consult, and train various internal and external partners on Wealth product setups and functionality.
• You will assist Product Management in identifying areas for departmental improvement.
• You will support Wealth Exchange during conversions and upgrades by completing clean-up projects.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors degree and 1-2 years' experience in a bank operations environment; or 3-5 years of equivalent work related experience in a technical environment preferred.
