The Senior Principal Enterprise Analyst is responsible for overseeing the requirement, design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce software solutions within the organization. This role services as the lead analyst/configurator on medium to complex projects, providing technical guidance, and mentoring junior analysts. The Sr. Principal Enterprise Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and align with the strategic goals of the organization. Key responsibilities include driving innovation, improving software quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce configuration principles, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - * Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products * High proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar project management tool and project management skills * Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization (technical and business) * 4+ years' experience leading/mentoring more junior staff members * 10+ years' experience translating requirements into test scripts * 6+ years' experience with Business Process Management, include building and documenting business process flows using MS Visio or similar diagraming software * 3+ years' experience in agile/waterfall software delivery methodologies * 3+ years' experience using Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence agile toolsets or similar * 5+ years' experience with IT ticketing software (Quality Center, ServiceNow, JIRA) * 5+ years' experience assisting in strategy/roadmap and planning * 5+ years' experience with SharePoint for document management and sharing * 5+ years' experience working with geographically distributed teams * 5+ years' experience working both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment * Six Sigma Certification a plus * 10+ years' experience in business analysis, gathering requirements, designing, configurating and implementing packaged application software, specifically Salesforce.com Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud supporting core business processes * Experience with FinancialForce PSA * 5+ years experience working with small, geographically distributed teams * 5+ years experience working both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment * Salesforce.com Administrator Certification required * 3+ years working with Lightning and Lightning components * 10+ practical knowledge/experience in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts Proficient in Salesforce.com administrative skills, such as creating user, profiles, roles, custom objects, page layouts, flows, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and lightning process builder * 5+ years' experience implementing CPQ/ CLM, preferably with Salesforce * 2+ years' experience with Salesforce customer communities EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS - * Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - * Operate with a "total service" mindset; in all interactions - for both the process and technical health of the application portfolio managed by the team * Provide leadership and mentoring to a small to large group of enterprise analysts * High degree of understanding of most dependencies, interfaces and services required by assigned components and other related areas of the system * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment, including estimating and planning own and others work * Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define/document business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems and process issues. * Lead requirements sessions in prototyping new systems and features to enhance business processes, operations, and information process flow * Performs advanced complex configuration activities in platform supported * Provide thought leadership on how to enhance our systems to make our users more effective. * Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address business challenges. * Create process flows, requirement specifications/story definition, diagrams, and charts to provide as input direction to software engineers. * Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support. * Coordinate, support, and conduct orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems as needed in a way they can easily learn and apply. * Partners with internal business constituents to facilitate, implement and support processes and controls that increase overall efficiencies and decrease applicable risks to the enterprise * Facilitates knowledge transfer within the team and beyond * Ability to influence and negotiate agreement on scope and schedule with business partners * Major participant in demand and planning (include roadmap) management conversations with assigned business partners around their needs for ETS related services * Assist (sometimes lead) in organizing, planning and managing projects and ensuring all related SDLC activities are executed with quality and within schedule * Ability to be flexible while delivering assignments with understanding that deliverables may change based on business needs ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS - * Independently performs assignments to achieve stated objective. * May be responsible for entire projects having complex scope/impact or portions of projects having considerable scope/impact * Uses judgment and discretion to determine work priorities, receiving little instruction from others * Highly self-motivated, directed, ability to work independently and be results-driven #LI-GW1 Committed to diversity and inclusion
