More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as aDevelopment Engineer (Electrical Engineer) with Connected Buildings team located in Peachtree City, GA with Signify.

  • Work together with project team in whole product development life cycle, bring the design concepts, verify and release within the quality, timing and cost targets.

  • Responsible for LED driver power stage and control circuit and hardware design and debugging.

  • Responsible for key components design and selection, co-work with lead Engineers to continuously drive with satisfied performance in components cost down.

  • Responsible for the loss estimation of power components to enable thermal design.

  • Interact with other technical design functions to ensure product function and performance meet customer expectations and stretched cost targets.

  • Be responsible for EE release report and documenting the lesson learn to build the strong knowledge data base to support future development.

More about you

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or similar discipline from an accredited institution

  • 1+ years of working experience in power electronics design with a solid knowledge background in electronic circuit analysis and power electronic circuit theory.

  • Able to perform PCB layout. and able to document design and validation reports, draft design guidelines, and application notes.

  • Strong capability in issue debugging and problem-solving.

Salary: $75,200 -$110,220 based on experience level

Bonus: target bonus opportunity 5%
