Are you a proactive problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a Customer Experience Account Manager to join our client's team and serve as a critical liaison between our customers and internal teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth service execution, optimizing customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. They do work on site 4 days a week at the Reno/Sparks location. The client offers competitive salary and benefits and potential room for advancement!


What You'll Do:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their service needs are met with precision and efficiency.



  • Collaborate with internal teams-including operations, IT, and finance-to communicate client requirements and execute service solutions.



  • Manage and oversee the implementation of complex service solutions to ensure seamless execution and alignment with customer expectations.



  • Partner with leadership to drive business transformation initiatives that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and financial performance.



  • Lead customer business reviews, offering insights and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.



  • Audit customer invoices, track outstanding accounts receivable, and ensure timely resolution of financial discrepancies.



  • Maintain detailed documentation, including meeting notes and action items, to drive accountability and service excellence.



  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with leadership to transform them into measurable results.




What You'll Need:


  • Experience in customer experience, account management, or a related field.



  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and oversee complex service solutions in a fast-paced environment.



  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.



  • Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.



  • Familiarity with financial processes, including invoice auditing and accounts receivable management.



  • Experience leading customer business reviews and providing strategic insights.




Additional Experience Nice to Have:


  • Experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse Fulfillment, or Ecommerce.



  • Understanding of service-level agreements (SLAs) and key operational metrics.



  • Background in business transformation initiatives or process optimization.



  • Proficiency in CRM or customer service management tools.
