WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Partner with Brand collaborators to implement national brand sales strategy for our ERICO and ILSCO brands in the USA.
- Lead 11+ direct reports across inside and outside sales.
- Lead execution of National and Regional programs, including leading rebates at end user and contractors.
- Lead cost and pricing initiatives for assigned region.
- Lead segment/ contractor blanket and multiple end user SPAs and customer-specific end user SPAs.
- Lead regional projects.
- Support inventory planning and promotions at distributor partners.
- Ensures that project or initiative supporting material is positioned accurately.
- Develop and implement plans to improve stocking position.
- Create SPIFFs, promotions, counter days, trade show events, merchandising, counter area display, and product positioning.
- Expand/ improve sales proficiencies to promote brand products efficiently in demonstrating our value propositions and highlighting product benefits for each application.

YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales leadership experience in the electrical space.
- Ideally, 10+ years of electrical sales experience with 3+ years of people leadership.
- Sales in a B2B environment, preferably in the electrical field driving specifications.
- Salesforce.com or CRM experience.
- Ability to work 100% from a home office and travel 60% of the time. A valid driver's license is required.
WE HAVE:
Pay Transparency nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of total target cash pay for this job and the employee's work location. Total target cash is comprised of an employee's base salary and sales incentive target opportunity, when annual sales goals are achieved. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. If annual sales performance exceeds annual sales goals, the total target cash received may exceed the pay scale maximum reflected below. Total Target Cash Range: Geographic Region A: $137,200.00 - $254,800.00 +
Geographic Region B: $140,100.00 - $260,300.00 +
Geographic Region C: $152,900.00 - $283,900.00 +
