Nuclear Med Tech
Overview Performs routine and emergency Nuclear Medicine procedures. Responsible for mentoring and training students in a cooperative learning environment. Responsibilities
Performs Nuclear Medicine procedures including IV injections of radiopharmaceuticals, use of spect camera and computers and processing of computer generated images.
Qualifications Education: High School Diploma Or Equivalent Required Additional Educational Requirements Formal nuclear medicine technology training at an AMA approved school. Work Experience: Previous experience preferred. Licenses and Certifications: State license / New Jersey Required ARRT Certification Required or CNMT certification Required CPR or BLS Certification Required Required Knowledge and Skills: Strong professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively relate with all members of the healthcare team.
