The Target Pay Range for this position is $104,000.00-$126,900.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $80,800.00 - $150,200.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE: As Executive Assistant - Office of the President & CEO at BECU, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO and team, working in heavy partnership with and reporting to our Executive Assistant to the President & CEO. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and handle confidential information with discretion will directly impact the efficiency and success of our leadership team. You'll be a go-to person for ensuring collaboration, organization, and professionalism, all while fostering a positive and supportive environment. Your contributions will help BECU continue to serve its members with excellence and innovation. ***This is an in-office role with some flexibility for remote work once a successful relationship with the President & CEO and team is established. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Manage and Coordinate: Oversee dynamic and complex calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and detailed itinerary planning to ensure seamless executive operations. Facilitate Communication: Act as a primary liaison for the CEO, handling internal and external communications, relationships, presentations, and engagements. Ensure Confidentiality: Manage sensitive materials and information with discretion and professionalism, exercising sound judgment, integrity, and emotional intelligence in all situations. Support the Team: Assist with administrative tasks for the CEO's office and other business groups as needed, participate in project teams, and help onboard new team members as needed. Enhance Meetings & Events: Provide administrative support for Board and Management Committee meetings, including meeting logistics, agenda coordination, material compilation, minute-taking, and action item tracking. Manage Budgets & Expenses: Support financial planning, budget maintenance, and processing of expense reports and invoices. Plan & Execute Logistics: Organize and coordinate on-site and off-site meetings and events, ensuring every detail is accounted for. Improve Processes: Identify and recommend workflow enhancements that streamline operations and improve service quality. Conduct Research: Compile reports and gather information to support strategic decision-making. Provide Exceptional Support: Address member inquiries with professionalism, tact, and follow-through. Foster Collaboration: Maintain strong knowledge of BECU's functions and work cross-functionally with other teams. Be a Team Player: Serve as backup for other Executive Assistants, including the EA to the President & CEO, and lead morale-boosting activities for leadership teams. Perfect the Details: Compile PowerPoint presentations, meeting packets, and proofread critical documents. Adapt & Grow: Proactively take on new responsibilities to support the CEO and executive team's evolving needs, continuously seeking improvements for efficiency and the highest quality service.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work or education-related experience. Typically requires 5 years of experience in general administrative assistance work.
Desired Qualifications:
Additional 3 years of experience supporting Senior or C-Suite level Executives. Excellent PC skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, etc. Experience in booking and arranging work and non-work related travel, transportation and accommodations. Event planning experience. Budget preparation and planning experience. Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining a positive, professional, and cooperative attitude in diverse situations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete assignments efficiently and effectively from start to finish. Ability to organize the utilization of remote communication software functionality, and other capabilities that enable remote collaboration and connection. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to effectively communicate and provide customer service. Excellent organizational, time-management, and project management skills. Excellent conceptual, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
