Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solution Architect with 10 to 13 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AMI Communication and AMI Metering. Experience in the Utilities domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of business solutions that leverage AMI Communication and AMI Metering technologies.
  • Oversee the integration of new systems with existing infrastructure to ensure seamless operation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture design and implementation processes.
  • Ensure that solutions are scalable secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs and objectives.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance business processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for technology and business solutions.
  • Ensure that all solutions align with the companys overall mission and goals.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in AMI Communication and AMI Metering.
  • Should have a strong background in system integration and architecture design.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have experience working in a hybrid work model.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in the Utilities domain is a plus.
  • Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Should be familiar with industry standards and regulations.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Should have experience with project management methodologies.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
