Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business or a related field. Minimum Experience Five (5) years related experience in designing, maintaining, and/or implementation of solutions to complex business situations. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Advanced and innovative application of skills with business software, spreadsheet applications, and project management principles. Ability to plan and work on multiple assignments concurrently. Ability to present solutions to senior leadership. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Support data analytics and customer forecasting, collaborating with Sales and customer teams to review and approve peak shipping forecasts, implementing peak-specific operating plans, and assisting in maintaining the team's databases and dashboards. High-visibility customer-facing support; data retrieval, analytics, and visualization (develop/implement); advanced analytical skills; query & programming languages (SQL/Python/DAX); PowerBI; eCommerce supply chain and network optimization experience. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $7,094.23-$12,533.14/mth; Colorado: $7,094.23-$12,010.93/mth; New York: $7,488.36-$12,533.14/mth; New York City: $9,064.85-$12,533.14/mth; Memphis, TN: $7,488.36-$9,922.07/mth; Plano, TX, and Pittsburgh, PA: $7,882.48-$10,444.28/mth. Additional Details: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
