A global leader in Outerwear and Sportswear is interested in hiring a Traffic Coordinator to support their team in the Beaverton/Portland area. The Traffic Coordinator will be hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite per week. This position will start on a contract with potential to be extended.
*Description* * 15 %Produces and manages timelines, schedules, and project plans as needed to meet changing priorities and deadlines. * 15 %Monitors weekly or monthly project status and works with team and stakeholders to adjust resourcing or timelines. * 15 %Leads seasonal go-to-market milestones and key inputs or touchpoints. * 15 %Actively works to carry out and evolve the go-to-market strategy and ecommerce campaign management by identifying potential actions and efficiencies. * 10 %Assesses and communicates project feasibility when necessary. Identifies alternative solutions when business or site quality is at risk. * 10 %Carries out management of content production for special events and short-lead projects to support the brand, including cross-functional coordination and communications. * 10 %Takes ownership and works across cross-functional teams to execute and maintain most efficient and effective processes and communication methods to carry out projects. * 5%Identifies and solutions for process change when needed. * 5 %Performs other duties as assigned. *Skills & Qualifications* * Additional Education or Specific Certification * Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (i.e. software applications, programming languages, etc.) * 3-5 years of production or project management experience required. * 3-5 years of consumer based online experience, preferably retail preferred. * Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines required. * Strong understanding of e-Commerce processes and business models preferred. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $39.40 - $39.40/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
