MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with either a bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, public administration, public policy, or related field; plus, two years of professional-level experience in finance, business administration, budgeting, or contract management, a master's degree in a related field or CPA may substitute for 1 year of experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience in budget preparation and analysis through financial forecasting, rate studies and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to present complex matters in a succinct and efficient manner to executive level staff.
- Possesses strong critical thinking/analysis skills and problem-solving ability.
- At least two years of experience with administering financial/accounting processes and procedures in financial systems other than System Analysis Program (SAP)
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
The appointee to this position will be required to complete a criminal background check and credit check to the satisfaction of the employer.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work requires the ability to operate keyboard driven equipment and to sit for long periods.
