Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled IT Medical Report Analyst to join our team at a leading medical device company. The successful candidate will be responsible for customizing report templates using SAP Crystal Reports. The IT Medical Report Analyst will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, optimizing report performance, and supporting compliance with healthcare industry standards. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential for success in this position. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills in IT security by developing Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) reports for FedRAMP compliance and assisting with responding to security and risk assessments.
Essential Functions
Customized report templates: Design and develop customized report templates using SAP Crystal Reports to meet the specific needs of customers. Provide training and support to end users on custom reporting best practices and implementation Troubleshoot reporting issues and identify opportunities for process improvements. Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards such as HIPAA.
Additional responsibilities may include:
Respond to IT security questionnaires: Address inquiries from clients, partners, and regulators regarding the company's information security practices, policies, and controls. Provide clear, concise, and accurate responses that adhere to industry standards and guidelines. Develop ConMon reports for FedRAMP: Prepare and maintain Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) reports in compliance with the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) requirements. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely submission of accurate and complete reports. Security policy development and enforcement: Assist in the development and implementation of the company's information security policies, procedures, and guidelines. Risk assessment and mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate remediation measures. Collaborate with other teams to implement security improvements and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Incident response: Participate in the company's incident response team, responding to and investigating security incidents, and providing recommendations for remediation and improvement.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into custom reports and formulas A minimum of 3 years' experience in IT security, or a similar role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to troubleshoot complex report issues, ensuring proper data representation and functionality. Meticulous in reviewing and verifying report accuracy, data integrity, and formatting Ability to manage multiple report development tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Understanding of information security principles, including risk assessment and mitigation. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
