Responsibilities: * Conduct variance analysis between actual and standard cost to assist management in decision making. * Break down cost summaries to include Work Breakdown Schedule (WBS) level reports, pricing supplements and DIA mission prioritization models. * Analyst price/cost proposals utilizing industry best practices and market research. * Obtain, analyze, and evaluate complex quantitative and qualitative information utilizing computer driven analytical systems for comparisons and recommendations. * Develop multiyear independent cost estimates and familiar with Department of Defense (DoD) Intelligence Planning, Programming and Budgeting System (IPPBS) * Provide detailed cost data to support acquisition, procurement, and operational decisions. * Develop automated costing system for modeling scenarios, cost analyses and monitoring/tracking of actual versus planned project/program costs * Provide technical and functional support to staff in preparation of responses to Congressional actions and Request for Information (RFI) regarding program builds a, to include written analysis of all inputs and recommendations. * Monitor, research and respond to Congressional inquiries as required. * Other support as required. Qualifications: * Active TS/SCI security clearance with ability to pass CI Poly. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * 12 years of experience with a Minimum 3 years' experience managing budget formation and cost analysis. * Experience analyzing price/cost proposals, to include market analysis and research. * Experience developing multiyear independent cost estimates and familiar with Department of Defense (DoD) Intelligence Planning, Programming and Budgeting System (IPPBS) Benefits Overview:
