We currently have an exciting opportunity to work on a launch brand in a fast-paced, high performing cross functional team as a Global Marketing Manager for a new Hepatology Product.

This product has been granted orphan drug designation, is a key late-stage asset within the Specialty Care and will be the first entry of GSK Hepatology. The asset had a positive ph3 trial results and expected to have its first launch in the US this year, and thus 2025 is a critical year for the brand. Now is the time to drive strategy, finetune launch plans, and prepare the organization for flawless launch execution.

The Global Marketing Manager, reporting to the Global Marketing Director, will play a critical role in preparing the product for launch by leading the brand campaign development and working across functions and with LOCs to translate strategy into execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop core brand creative campaign, promotional claim and key promotional materials
  • Lead MCT market co-creation group (CCG) to consolidate local insight and feedback to shape contents aligned to strategy
  • Key commercial partner for core market research (creative/messaging) related to promotional campaign development
  • Manage the brand essence related work (imagery, name, color, logos etc)
  • Manage relationship with AOR (Agency of Record)
  • Internal communication related to brand key milestones including PBC awareness month
  • Key Congress support for AASLD (US Liver Congress)
  • Key communication liaison for US

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • LOC commercial (marketing, sales, operations) experience
  • Track record of leading and influencing without direct authority
  • Demonstrated application of customer insights through brand campaign, messaging, and creative development
  • Experience of approval processes and codes of practice for pharmaceutical promotion
  • Budget management

Preferred Qualifications

  • US local commercial experience or regional/global experience to partner with the US team
  • Has strong learning agility and demonstrated ability to manage complexity
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, across all levels of the organization
  • Commercial pre-launch and launch experience
  • Experience working in a specialty disease area
