QC Technician

As part of the Incoming Quality Inspection team, you'll conduct detailed inspections, take precise measurements, and document your findings to maintain industry standards and company specifications. • Perform detailed inspections of mechanical components and assemblies to ensure they meet specifications.

• Use precision measuring tools and equipment to evaluate parts and devices.

• Document inspection outcomes and maintain accurate inspection history records.

• Identify and report nonconforming materials following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Collaborate with the production team to implement quality control measures and improve first-pass yield.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety laws (ISO 13485).

• Support the development and implementation of inspection protocols and procedures.

• Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment.

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 3 years of quality inspection experience preferred.

• Hands-on experience with mechanical inspection and precision measuring tools.

• Familiarity with ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards.

• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., ISO 13485).

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

• Experience with CMM equipment, including programming automated CMM systems, is a plus.
