Cross Dock/Warehouse Worker

Oakhurst Dairy is looking for a responsible individual to coordinate, organize and load shipments from our inbound trailers to local delivery trucks. The candidate will operate powered industrial squeeze trucks and pallet jacks as required. Repeated lifting, pushing and pulling of greater than 50 pounds is common practice for this position. Operation of delivery trucks within the yard is required and this position can be a great first step toward becoming certified to drive as one of our CDL Delivery drivers. There are other duties assigned such as managing the depot inventory of product and supplies, light maintenance of the facility and trucks, supporting safety and company operations.

The current work week is Sunday - Thursday with the shift starting at approximately 6:00pm

SALARY RANGE
For the right self-directed, experienced candidate capable of the full scope of duties while maintaining the highest degree of safety, salary would range between $21-$24/hr.
