DME Orthopedic Tech Coord. Sports Med - Main Campus

Responsible for multiple locations, order and physical inventory counts, super users in Vision Software.

What You Will Do

• Measure, fit and apply custom orthopedic devices and OTS products.
• Able to effectively educate patients, family members and co-workers on DME products, orthopedic devices.
• Ability to interact positively with physicians, clients and co-workers.
• Effective and clear written, verbal and non-verbal communication, pleasant and effective telephone communication skills.
• Apply basic computer skills to proficiently use variety software application such as Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records.
• Authorize/pre-cert insurance for orthopedic devices, initiate self- pay Items as needed.
• Track, organize, restock and dispense inventory regularly.
• Measurements/ fit patient for functional/ OA bracing when needed.
• Will move between the locations as scheduled for coverage.
