Order Management Coordinator

Part of Dover Corporation's Engineered Systems segment, Vehicle Service Group (VSG) is a strong, diverse and dynamic global leader in the vehicle service industry. VSG comprises 13 major vehicle lifting, wheel service, diagnostic and collision repair brands: Rotary Lift, Chief, Forward, Direct-Lift, Ravaglioli, Hanmecson, Revolution, Elektron, Blitz, Nogra, Butler, Space and Sirio.

Responsible for heavy duty product, parts, and accessory order administration from pricing, through order entry, delivery, and returns. Administers warranties, goodwill policy and pricing adjustments per company policy. Supports the team with direct sales contract administration and opportunity management tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Percentage of Time

Order Management: Manage the parts and heavy duty lift order process, from order entry, quoting, shipping, auditing and follow-up. This includes all types of customer interface (factory direct/government, distributor, etc) to ensure that each order is accurate and arrives in a timely manner.

Respond to sales inquiries from end users and distributors, including, but not limited to, promotions and promotional materials, service offers and channel information in order to inform customers of sales opportunities. Compile and submit bid offering in response to bid solicitation; request sub-contractor involvement if necessary.

Manage lead data, in order to promote leads and gain sales opportunities.

Process warranty claims on RDW for RAI payment, ensuring equipment is within warranty period; Work with quality and technical support to verify work was completed properly and within flat rate guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Access.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment handling multiple demands.
  • Ability to work for prolonged periods of siting while using a headset, keyboard and computer terminal.
  • Must be self-motivated, stress and pressure resistant, quick learner.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Lean Office and / or continuous improvement methodology.
