Firefly Solution Consultant Specialist - Advertising Agencies Focus

The Digital Media Expert Solutions Consulting team is seeking a Firefly (FF) Solution Consultant (FF SC) to solve critical advertising agency workflows leveraging Adobe's cutting-edge creative GenAI. Collaborating with technical experts from Digital Media and Digital Experience, as well as teams across Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Professional Services, you will be a key driver of Adobe's impact within the advertising space. Candidate expertise will help customize sales plays, use cases, and technical solutions to showcase how Adobe Firefly GenAI can streamline agency operations, enhance creativity, and improve overall campaign effectiveness. A strong background in advertising agency operations, coupled with a solid knowledge of Adobe's solutions, will be critical for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Use in-depth knowledge of advertising agency needs to provide technical expertise during discovery sessions, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Assist sales staff in assessing how Adobe solutions can meet the specific demands of advertising agencies, developing tailored solutions and technical specifications for agency workflows.
  • Partner with Adobe Account teams to set strategy, vision, and technical solutions for GenAI opportunities.
  • Work closely with advertising clients to understand their creative and operational needs, recommending and demonstrating how Adobe technology can enhance their efforts and drive results.
  • Tailor technical solutions and sales approaches specific to the industry.

Skills Needed

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Outstanding discovery skills and ability to lead whiteboarding sessions.
  • Proven track record in ideation and innovation.
  • 5+ years of experience working with or selling complex software solutions, preferably within an advertising or creative services context.

Domain Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of the advertising industry, including creative processes, digital campaigns, media buying, and marketing technologies.
  • Familiarity with key tools and platforms commonly used in agencies, such as digital asset management, project management systems, and creative software.
  • Understanding of the challenges agencies face in managing large-scale campaigns, content creation, and client collaboration.

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of Adobe's Digital Experience solutions such as AEM and Workfront.
  • Experience with API integrations, low-code development platforms (e.g., Workfront Fusion, Microsoft Power Apps/Automate, Mendix, Zoho Creator).
  • Understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience with JavaScript/REST/Java or PHP/API level integrations.

Anticipated Activities

  • Participate in architecture design discussions.
  • Collaborate with an extended team of business, technical, and process experts.
  • Build and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and other documentation at the "C" level.
  • Project confidence and competence in all customer interactions.
  • Apply problem resolution and critical thinking skills to address customer needs.
  • Manage your own schedule and be responsive and dedicated to customer support.
  • Up to 30% travel

The U.S. pay range for this positionis $189,300 -- $324,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
