How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Work closely with the Industrial Direction, Supply Chain, Pasadena warehouse and Finance teams to execute various maintenance inventory consolidation initiatives. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Safety:
Promote a safe work environment. Work to achieve zero accidents, lost time incidents or recordable incidents by taking a leadership role in safety.
* 3rd Party Warehouse Management (to include vendor managed warehouses)
Internal Processes and Functions (executed through ERP (Oracle) and actual performance of task): Run inventory replenishment reorder report and process accordingly. Prior Global experience in product planning, production control, inventory management, or production/manufacturing operations is strongly preferred Create purchase requisitions, and confirm pricing associated with inventory replenishment. Ensure purchase order prices correspond to applicable supply agreements. Receive invoices and validate against purchase orders. Expedite Purchase Orders Manage sales tax issues. Ensure strict adherence to administrative and operational policies and procedures related to warehouse floor and inventory management activities. Process incoming, and outbound orders. Cycle Counting Quarterly Annual Physical Inventory Facilitate storage payments.
* Inventory Projects:
Support with the coordination of the transfer and logistics of inventory to the Pasadena warehouse. Initiate, drive & participate in inventory recovery related to projects as guided by Industrial Direction. Ensure collection and updates of data, as well as develop strategic solutions to bridge gaps in this data, drive efficiencies & support related projects aligned with business priorities. Work with site leaders, Industrial direction and warehouse team members to facilitate and manage rouge critical and capital spare part recovery from sites. Determine what inventory should be considered as operating consumable and expensed (per existing procedure), kept at site and tracked outside of Maximo Determine what maintenance inventory should be stored at Pasadena Warehouse (per existing procedure), and tracked in Maximo with guidance from Industrial Direction. Engage with IT to implement any operating systems adjustments or addition (such as virtual warehouses). Manage and Track National Warehouse Capital and Critical Spare Repairable Inventory (executed through ERP and actual performance of task) Work with site leaders, FSS and Reliability to ensure proper tracking, documentation, and follow through of procedure to ensure timely repairs of spare part stock. Customer Communication: Maintain direct contact with customers, gather information on the part's condition, and understand their repair or replacement intentions. Assessment: Collaborate with the warehouse team to assess the part's condition and decide on repair or replacement. Working with Procurement: Initiate procurement for repair services or replacement parts as needed. Inventory Management: Monitor and update inventory levels, ensuring availability and accuracy Status Updates: Provide regular customer updates on repair or replacement progress. Data Tracking: Maintain detailed records and generate reports for cost tracking and optimization Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities for process enhancement and address issues promptly. SOP Adherence: Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures for consistency Processes & Governance: Evaluate and document spare parts physical inventory at new project sites. Ensure accuracy and completeness of item attributes. Identify duplicate and inaccurate data within operating systems (Maximo and Oracle). Work with Industrial Direction, Procurement, Finances teams & Suppliers to coordinate & execute data clean- ups. Create new or modify existing processes to improve accuracy, completeness & drive efficiency of collecting & maintaining inventory data. Register maintenance inventory in Maximo and Oracle as required.
* Reporting:
Develop, design, implement and maintain activity and status reports of progress, catalog management, KPIs and metrics, inventory related procedures, tools and training. Conduct and provide inventory analysis and assessment of its management procedures using various industry best practices and tools. Report progress to stakeholders, including plant management, corporate reliability management and supply chain management.

Required: College degree Required: 7 years supply chain management or inventory/asset management in MRP systems with basic knowledge of maintenance planning or plant reliability processes Preferred: Managing maintenance inventory/assets in Maximo.
