What you'll do:

Working a full-time week, you'll be at the practice Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Caring for up to 22 patients daily, you'll perform comprehensive examinations, recommend vision-enhancing solutions, and promote good eye health through patient education. You'll utilize advanced technology such as Digital Retinal Imaging and Digital Phoropters in each exam lane to ensure precise diagnoses. You'll collaborate with an experienced and supportive team to achieve the best outcomes for every patient. The practice offers a 15% Monthly Production Bonus, as well as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, and Continuing Education benefits.

The ideal candidate can treat patients of all ages and has experience with comprehensive eye exams. You engage well with patients and staff, have a strong drive to succeed, and care for a diverse patient population. You are an excellent listener who genuinely cares about patients. Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure

1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills

Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Working Conditions

The working environment is generally favorable, lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
