Position Summary

EBI is seeking a full-time Program Manager/ESA Reviewer to conduct due diligence services. The successful candidate will conduct quality control reviews of technical report deliverables including, but not limited to, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Transaction Screen Assessments (TSAs), Regulatory Database Search Reports and/or Record Search Risk Assessments (RSRAs). In addition, client management of technical assessment outcomes is a primary responsibility of this position, including routine communication and consulting with internal and external clientele.

This position reports directly to the Technical Director and can be either a work from home or in-office arrangement, depending on location. As such, candidates need to be comfortable with this work arrangement and have demonstrable ability to thrive in this environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete QC reviews of technical report deliverables
• Communication of outcomes with internal and external clientele
• Prepare deliverables with quality supporting documentation (draft/final reports, etc)
• Travel on short notice (one week or less) will be required at times

Qualifications and Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in environmental science, engineering, or related field
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in environmental consulting
• Must meet ASTM E1527 qualifications as an Environmental Professional (EP)
• Asbestos Inspector and Lead Inspector Certifications preferred
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Organized, with the ability to work on several projects concurrently
• Must be able to communicate clearly in person, as well as phone and email
• Strong candidates will possess excellent technical report writing skills
• Ability to travel to remote locations by means of all modes of transportation
