The Business Integrations Analyst on the Enterprise API & Integrations Services team collaborates with stakeholders across all organizational levels to identify business solutions and requirements. This role translates these requirements into actionable tasks for the development team, ensuring alignment with departmental standards. SKILLS

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
    • Functions as liaison between business units, technology teams and support teams to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
  • Requirements Documentation:
    • Create comprehensive documentation, including process flow maps, features, and user stories, adhering to department standards.
    • Document current and future state processes, including examples of expected outputs.
  • Agile Leadership: Lead agile ceremonies such as refinement, planning, and daily stand-ups to ensure effective team collaboration and project progress.
  • Project Leadership & Coordination:
    • Act as the primary or sole business analyst on large enterprise projects.
    • Serve as the primary contact with project managers to provide updates and coordinate efforts, ensuring timely deliverables and managing scope creep.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrate the ability to lead others in various settings, frequently coordinating with cross-functional teams on projects.
  • Impact Awareness: Maintain awareness of department-wide efforts to anticipate downstream impacts.
  • Conflict Resolution: Maintain a neutral viewpoint while understanding when to interject SME-level knowledge.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for applications, providing direction to end users on available functionality and capabilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate understanding of the technology industry and enterprise application integration and API solutions. Maintain sufficient knowledge of team issues and initiatives to provide updates to management as needed.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant technical or business work experience with demonstrated experience within healthcare industry or API / Enterprise Integrations
  • Additional years of qualifying work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
  • Must have background and experience with Business Analysis toolkit including an understanding of systems development lifecycles, architecture and frameworks, problem solving and root cause analysis methods, Use cases, data and process modeling skills and document business process models

Technical Toolbox:

  • Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes and tools (i.e. ServiceNow, ADO boards)
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, (e.g. Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with common cloud solutions including: storage accounts, containers, serverless functions, service bus, messaging queues

Preferred Experience:

Miro, Jama, Splunk, Postman, Microsoft Azure

Work-at-home requirements

  • Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.
  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.
  • Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms
  • Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. GEHA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.

The annual base salary range for this position is $94,753 - $133,567 USD.
