The Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst will take a leading role in various aspects of the company's transfer pricing planning, controversy, and compliance processes. The position will be based within CNH Industrial's Transfer Pricing team working directly with the Global Transfer Pricing Director. High visibility projects and exposure to Sr. Management will be a significant part of this opportunity. This position is eligible for our hybrid work model working three (3) days on-site in our offices in Oak Brook, IL or Racine, WI and two (2) days remote/home office.



Responsibilities

    Assist with leading and implementing global transfer pricing models to support CNH Industrial's business operations and ensure compliance with applicable transfer pricing rules and regulations
  • Assist in defending global transfer pricing policies across jurisdictions in the face of increasing scrutiny from tax authorities around the world
  • Provide support on complex transfer pricing matters related to global transactions and assist business and regional tax teams with planning, compliance and periodic review of intercompany transactions
  • Produce and cultivate best practice internal controls and documentation standards to achieve efficient standards for transfer pricing compliance
  • Continue to develop transfer pricing knowledge and technical skills through on-the-job training and attendance at external courses / presentations

The annual salary for this role is $84,375 - $123,750 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role).



Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
  • 3+ years of working in a large Multinational Company or Accounting Firm
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with Power BI modeling and dashboarding and other software tools
  • Experience of working within the Accounting, Finance, or Tax department of a large Multinational Company or Accounting Firm
  • Experience of working with cross-functional teams and internal business / finance personnel to ensure quality deliverables on a timely basis
  • Flexibility to travel both domestic and international
