The Warranty Manager operates within the Agriculture Parts and Service division with the primary objective to provide for the management of warranty claims assessment, systems administration, dealer inquiries, and project execution by leading the NA Ag Warranty Team. The Primary objective of this role is to ensure the appropriate and legitimate processing of warranty claims through regular reviews and audits of submitted claims, provide resolutions to dealer inquiries, and guide the implementation of projects designed to enhance the warranty process. This role is eligible for a hybrid work model and can be located in Racine, WI, Oak Brook, IL, New Holland, PA, Ames, IA or Saskatoon, SK Canada. Responsibilities

Annual base salary range for this position is $105,750 - $141,000 USD. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) Qualifications The qualified candidate will have:
