Under the direction of the Operations Manager and the Food Service Supervisors the group leader performs the duties of a food service worker while serving as a resource for other staff and customers. Qualifications EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED preferred. EXPERIENCE Minimum one-two (1-2) years experience in a food service environment, minimum one (1) year in a supervisory capacity preferred. LICENSURE Not applicable SPECIAL SKILLS Knowledge of food safety, and healthcare food services knowledge preferred.
